We are pleased to announce that we are going to edit an electronic volume with the conference proceedings of the CoRoT3-KASC7 meeting through the EPJ Web of Conferences. Each contribution will have an individual DOI code and will be indexed in main databases (Google Scholar, ADS, CAS, Inspec, Inspire, DOAJ, CPCI, Scopus). They will become integral parts of the technical literature and will be easily found online.

Here is the LaTeX Template to be used.

The page limit of each contribution type is as follows:

Posters:  2 pages
Oral contributions: 4 pages
Invited contributions: 6 pages

The sharp deadline for delivering the final tar files with the tex file, and figures is the 31st October 2014.

Please, use the following naming convention:
tex file :Lastname_Initial.tex
figures:Lastname_Initial_fig+number.extension
bib_file:  Lastname_Initial.bib

Example:
Garcia_R.tex
Garcia_R_fig0.eps
Garcia_R_fig1.eps 

If you have more than one contribution as first author, add 4 characters after your name to differentiate each contribution:
