Ogle Small Amplitude Red Giants (OSARGs) Small Irregulars (SRs), Cepheids and Mira stars have been observed in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) by the Optical Gravitational Lensing Experiment (OGLE). These stars are suspected to have Solar like oscillations. Assuming models of solar like oscillations, the pulsation periods of these star are calculated. The calculated pulsation periods are compared with the observed periods to determine if these stars have solar like oscillations. It is shown that only a few Mira star seem to have solar like oscillation.
